I would like to thank you for the first class service you provided last week when I asked you to help Coalburn Silver Band, who required high quality music certificates, for their young band members.
The band Secretary was keen to give these hard working youngsters a high quality certificate, however he had been let down by another printer so he contacted me. Once I had the certificates I emailed them to you and you were very keen to help, by close of business that day you had completed the job for collection.
